The Island Express I & II are located on B dock slips 7 and 27 at Cap Sante Marina in Beautiful Anacortes, WA. Cap Sante Marina is located in the heart of Anacortes near shopping, restaurants and the downtown area.
New for 2007: There is a stricter plan in effect for the '07 season. Please avoid parking at the head of B dock and unloading your vehicle. Load and unload parking is being provided along the shoreline to expedite the process. Day use parking is available in the lot at the head of “B” dock. For parking longer than 24 hours please park in the gravel lot located on 11th ave. Please follow the signage in and around the parking lot and marina areas. The marina offers many amenities that make this the ideal home port for the Island Express. There is ample and FREE parking in two 72 hour lots as well as a long term lot, for those who extend their stay beyond three days. These lots are located at the cross streets of "Q" and 11th (see map below). The wide and spacious docks and ramps make an ideal location for loading and unloading passengers as well as small freight. The loading area is also equipped with a one ton crane for loading of larger freight.
The Island Express is also able to depart and return from the beach at Washington Park in Anacortes. The park is located on the northwestern corner of Fidalgo Island, just beyond the Washington State Ferry docks and at the end of Sunset Avenue. Washington Park offers overnight parking for $3/day with a 14 day maximum stay.
All of these options make the Island Express the ideal means for water transportation throughout the San Juan Islands.
